All of the hard work is done for you, just choose your categories, change a few variables and it becomes branded to your website. Noahs Classifieds

Noah's Classifieds is a general purpose application that allows you to set up as many ad categories as you want specifying custom fields for each of them. Your visitors can advertise this way practically anything you want: from hardware to books, from cars to houses, from jobs to even themselves (in a dating category, for example). Of course, you can use it to advertise your own products, too.

Simple Classified Ads

This is a flat file classified ad program it can also be used as a simple message board. Simple classified ads will allow the users to remove and update their own ads and the best feature is it will only allow one ad per user at any given time. You can also block IP address to remove spammers. This is a free program. No database is required.
