A Square Image

A Square Image is a freeware application for easily reducing/cropping/padding an image to a (square) target size. The simple visual one-screen interface provides an intuitive (even fun) image editing experience. It is particularly useful for processing and editing digital images and photos. A Square Image is ideal for creating textures for use in Web 3D applications like VRML, which work best with 128x128 or 256x256 images. It's also pretty handy for making 32x32 BMPs for things like icons.

BrowserSizer

BrowserSizer is a low-fat, NOT in-your-face tool to help web developers check to see how their web pages look on screen resolutions of 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 and WebTV. It controls Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator from an un-obtrusive, sit in your tray, application that provides an interface to resize either browser to the standard screen resolutions. GiFFY

GiFFY is a free utility that can convert .bmp files to .gif format and vice-versa. With just a few clicks, GiFFY can create transparent, non-transparent, interlaced, and non-interlaced GIFs. One reason you'd use GiFFY is that it can fix .gif files which some Internet browsers (particularly some versions of Netscape) can't read in Java applets.

JPG Cleaner

JPG Cleaner is simple but powerful utility for cleaning JPG files from anything that is not picture data. Commonly used programs such as Adobe Photoshop are writing additional information into JPG file that isn't needed for correctly displaying the picture.
All this data is useful only when opening the file in the program that created it. Other programs such as Internet Browsers are just skipping this data, so the data is downloaded and then thrown away! Just use this program when publishing JPG files on the Internet and your JPG files become smaller (if they contain non-picture data) with NO QUALITY LOSS.
