Menu Builder

Menu Builder was designed to overcome problems found with using JavaScripts for rollovers in navigation menus. Menus need to be fast loading, retrievable from cache, and workable with page inserts. From the publishing point of view they need to be able to be placed into pages efficiently. Menu Builder enjoys the same rollover functions as JavaScript, but in a simple package that can be easily copied to your web pages. To increase your directory, simply paste another Menu Builder to the page. There is no limit to how many can be used on a page or the variations possible.

uMenu

uMenu is a tool for creating animated navigation menus for the Web without requiring any deep knowledge of HTML or JavaScript programming, while it still produces highly professional results. You have unlimited options on what to put on to the menu, this may be a picture, an animated GIF, a bunch of links, or even a complex table or form - there are almost no limits - all HTML tags are allowed (if you don't know what "HTML" is, you won't feel alone with the buttons which can generate the required HTML code for you). WinToWeb Lite - HTML Menu Creator

WinToWeb was created to allow anybody to make menus for a Web browser without having to learn Web related technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and Java. This program greatly extends the purpose of Web browsers as it enables them to be used for more than just surfing the Web. Define your menu in a tree-view window, choose the look of it and specify a menu style for the output (table, drop-down, ordered list, collapsable tree, buttons etc.). WinToweb automatically generates the HTML pages necessary for the menu to work in a Web browser. WinToWeb can optionally insert your own JavaScript, CSS etc. in the section of the page. Knowledge of html is NOT required. WinToWeb "Lite" is freeware.
